What this website collects, what we do with it, and what we do not do with it.

This policy covers the website at arolitegroup.com, operated by Arolite Group LLC ("Arolite Group", "we", "us"), 133 Church St, Ste 10, Asheville, NC 28801. It explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What We Collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the free inspection request form. The form asks for:
- Your name and phone number (required)
- Your email address (optional)
- The property address
- The service you are interested in and how soon you need it
- A description of the problem, in your own words
- Whether you own the property
When the form is submitted, we also record the date and time, the page it was sent from, and technical details such as your IP address, which are used only to tell a genuine request from automated spam.
How We Use It
We use the details you send for one purpose: to contact you about your request. That means calling or texting the number you gave us to set a time for the inspection, emailing you the written estimate if you asked for it by email, and following up on the job itself. Your details are stored in the customer management software we use to run the business and are available only to the people at Arolite Group who need them to do that work.
We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to your request, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for an inspection.
Text Messages (SMS) and Consent
The request form includes a consent checkbox. By ticking it and submitting the form, you agree that Arolite Group may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and is limited to what is needed to schedule and carry out the work you asked about.
You can withdraw consent to text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at the email address below. Opting out of text messages does not affect your request; we will contact you by phone or email instead.
Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are not shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with other contractors, lead-generation companies or advertisers. The only third parties who may handle it are service providers who act on our behalf, such as the company that hosts this website, the software that stores our customer records, and the service that delivers text messages, and each of them is permitted to use it only to provide that service to us.
We may disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Arolite Group, our customers or others.
Analytics and Advertising Cookies
This site may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These tools set cookies in your browser and collect information about how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed, how long they are viewed for, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location. Google Analytics helps us understand which pages are useful. The Meta pixel lets us measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram is reaching people who then ask for an inspection, and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
These tools do not receive the contents of the request form. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, and manage advertising preferences through your Facebook and Instagram account settings. Blocking cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or send us a request.
Third-Party Links
This site links to services we do not operate, including Google (for maps and reviews). Information you provide on those sites is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. If you apply for financing, the application is made directly with the lender and is governed by the lender's privacy policy; we do not store the financial information you enter there.
Keeping Your Information
We keep the details of your request for as long as needed to respond to it and, if you become a customer, for as long as needed to keep records of the work we did for you. You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting us at the address below, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Children
This site is intended for homeowners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
