Our focus today is roofing, siding and gutters. We left those reviews in because they are honest, and because what the customers praise in them, the communication, the daily updates, the cleanup, is the same thing you get on a roof.
One review mentions Helene. After September 2024 a lot of people in Buncombe, Haywood and Henderson counties had out-of-town contractors knocking on the door, and trust in the trade took a hit. We would rather you read what our neighbors say than take our word for it.

These guys are great. I had a roof done about 2 months ago due to wind damage. They came, removed the old roof, installed a new better roof and cleaned up all within 1 day. The owner was extremely pleasant and wasn't trying to sell you something. He was to the point. Direct. And honest. I told him what I needed and he found the option that worked best for me. All within a 2 week lead time. I have had no issue with the roof since and they did it right the first time.
I would recommend highly recommend Arolite Group to anybody. They are outstanding roofers but that's not all. When they came by to quote on our roof, they also quoted on interior painting and the repair of our master bathroom. They essentially provided project management on those components and coordinated their work with a couple of other specialty trades. They put our job to the top of the list, and communicated effectively throughout our job. Jeff and Hayden are customer focused and communicate very effectively!
It was a pleasure to work with this company. Jeff Smith and Hayden Mitchell were knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They worked with us to achieve the look we wanted while considering our budget. They installed new windows and applied vinyl siding on our home. We are very pleased with the end result and would use Arolite Group again.

First class experience working with Jeff / Arolite. From quote to project completion I think it was 2 weeks. His team built me a fence in my front yard and we love it. Felt like he went out of his way to give me a fair deal. Very responsive. He ended it with a project walkthrough and was ready to fix any issues, although there weren't any.

My brother doesn't have a facebook so I'm posting his review for him. Isaac Sheehan. I had really good experience with Aerolite Roofing. The owner was easy to get ahold of, answered my questions directly, and kept me updated through the whole process. I also appreciated that he was very straightforward and didn’t try to hit me with a bunch of sales tactics or make me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. He just told me what needed to be done and worked with me the entire way through.
The turnaround was surprisingly fast too. Lead time was only about 2 days, and once they started, the whole roof was finished in around 8 and a half hours. The crew was professional, worked hard, and cleaned everything up when they were done. Overall it was a smooth experience and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. -Isaac

How We Ask for Reviews
We ask once, at the end of the job, after the final walkthrough. That is the point where the exterior consultant has walked the roof or the siding with you, the yard has been cleaned up, the gutters are flushed and the dumpster is gone. If something is not right at that stage, we would rather hear it then and fix it than read about it later. Once you are happy, we ask if you would mind leaving a review on Google, and we send you the link so you do not have to search for the listing.
We also ask customers to add photos. A photo of the finished roof from the yard, or the new siding from the street, says more about the quality of the work than anything we could write about ourselves, and it gives the next person reading reviews something to look at besides stars.
Two things we do not do. We do not offer a discount, gift card or anything else in exchange for a review, and we do not screen customers before asking. Everyone who finishes a job with us gets the same request. That is why the rating above is one you can trust. Every review here is shown in full, and you can read the rest on our Google listing.
