The content on this site, including descriptions of roofing, siding and gutter services, articles, answers to common questions and photographs of past work, is provided for general information about what we do and how we work. It is not professional advice about your specific property. Every roof is different, and nothing on this site should be relied on in place of an inspection by a qualified person who has seen your roof.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change it at any time without notice.

This section applies to the website only. The work we perform for a customer is governed by the signed agreement for that work, which sets out its own terms.
Estimates and Quotes
Any price, estimate or description of scope given on this site, by phone, by email or in conversation is for information and discussion only and is not an offer. An estimate from Arolite Group becomes binding only when it is set out in a written agreement signed by both the customer and an authorized representative of Arolite Group. Until then, prices, scope, materials and scheduling may change, including as a result of what is found when the work begins.
A free inspection is an inspection. It does not create a contract, and neither you nor we are obliged to proceed with any work because of it.
Requests Sent Through the Site
When you submit the inspection request form, you confirm that the details you give are accurate, that you are authorized to request work on the property named, and that you consent to being contacted about your request as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use the form to send unsolicited commercial messages, false information, or anything unlawful.
Links to Third Parties
This site links to websites and services operated by others, including Google, which provides maps and hosts our customer reviews. Those sites are not under our control. A link does not mean we endorse the site or are responsible for its content, its availability or how it handles your information. Any financing is a contract between you and the third-party lender, subject to that lender's own terms and approval process; Arolite Group is not the lender and does not decide whether you are approved or on what terms.
Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to Arolite Group or are used with permission. The photographs are of our own jobs. You may view and print pages for your personal use in deciding whether to work with us.
