These guys are great. I had a roof done about 2 months ago due to wind damage. They came, removed the old roof, installed a new better roof and cleaned up all within 1 day. Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. An exterior consultant comes out, gets on the roof, photographs what is there and gives you a straight answer about its condition. You get the findings and a written price whether or not you hire us.
Which areas does Arolite Group serve?
We work across Buncombe, Haywood and Henderson counties from our office on Church Street in downtown Asheville. That covers Asheville, Black Mountain, Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Hendersonville and the towns between them.
What services do you offer?
Roofing, siding and gutters are our focus. On the roofing side that means full replacement, repairs, storm and wind damage work, and standing-seam metal. We install siding and we install, clean and maintain gutters.
How does the estimate work?
After the inspection an exterior consultant sits down with you in person, walks through what was found and hands you a written, itemized price. You get to ask questions with the roof fresh in both your minds instead of reading a number off an email.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, financing is available. Ask the exterior consultant about it during the inspection, and we will walk you through how it works alongside the written price.
Can you help after storm or tree damage?
Yes. We inspect the roof, document the damage with photos and a written write-up you can share with your insurer, and handle the repair or replacement once the claim side is settled. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
